Daphnis and ChloeQuite possibly our favorite spice in our pantry, this smoky chili flake is from the hot and sweet peppers of Almopia, and is hand harvested at the end of September. After being washed and hand sorted the chiles are left to slow dry on birch wood for ten days, all the while being tended to to make sure the flame that imparts the smoky flavor never goes out. We put them in everything, and they uplevel all. Bring a layer of nuance and depth to any dish you are making by the simple addition of these flakes. 60g/2.12oz.
