RheaThis earthy, deep, dark garlic concentrate created by our kitchen hero(ine), Abbye Churchill, founder of Rhea is the most recent addition to our pantry and one we've come to rely on for upleveling everything. Reminiscent of mole minus the chocolate, it's fermented for 1 to 3 months, and then combined with dates, chestnuts, 10 year old aged balsamic vinegar, tamari and chili and hand pounded in a mortar and pestle, making it a deep, potent and mysterious addition to your dishes. 4oz.

Instructions
Use this potent concentrate to give instant depth to any dish. Make mushrooms more intense, add richness and complexity to soups, stews, or marinades. We've even added it to salad dressings. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly and wathc your food come to life.
